So the democrats want to talk about the economy and the responsibility for the economic disaster do they? Here is a letter from John McCain in 2006, signed with 19 other Republican Senators demanding action to rein those two entities in. No democrats signed this. The democrat response? Typical, they played the race card.
So you dems want to talk issues?
Here ya go.
Yes, the cowardly and vile race card.
space, the left doesn't want to listen to truth. It's not an issue, ya know.
How can democrat signed this letter if McCain never showed or asked them about it before sending the letter?
If this is a proof that Obama didn't support regulation of Fannie and Freddie, I guess I can also use this letter as proof that McCain lacked the leadership to get bipartisan support.

You are making an assumption that he did not do this. It is his entire record in the Senate of working in a bipartisan way. Also, in 2005 when McCain mounted a similar effort the race card was played. In 2003 when Bush tried to rein in these wayward juggernauts, the same thing. When ever democrats don't get their way they play the race card. Guess what, it is happening now, all over the vine in this election.

What is far more likely is that you, out of complete thin air, made an assumption that McCain did not ask any democrats about this, and then you draw an unwarranted conclusion based upon your unfounded assumption.
The Democrats' amoral use of the race card reveals minorities are tools to them and nothing more.
