Here we are just three days away from the election and I am disgusted at many of the headlines this morning. The left in his country is intellectually and morally bankrupt. Here is a sterling example in Bill Mahr from last night.
"If you're thinking about voting for Mitt Romney, I would like to make this one plea: black people know who you are and they will come after you"
The video for this is linked here.

What is the intellectual or moral basis for that statement? What is it about Mitt Romney that if he is elected that would cause black people to attack anyone who does not vote for Obama? Does this statement by Mahr help bring us to the day that Dr. Martin Luther King so eloquently spoke about where we do not judge people by their the color of their skin but the content of their hears?
It gets worse....
BLACK PASTOR RECEIVES DEATH THREATS FOR REVERSING SUPPORT FOR OBAMA
http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2012/11/03/Black-Pastor-Receives-Death-Threats-For-Reversing-Support-For-Obama
What in the world would be the purpose for sending death threats to a black pastor that no longer supports Obama? Does this pastor not have the constitutional and moral right to vote for whoever he pleases? What is it about Obama that would justify for ANYONE to threaten the life of a black person for not voting for another black person?
Here is the third....
In the Twitterverse the threats to riot, to assassinate Romney and other mayhem continues to increase..

This is just one example, go to the site for the rest.
I Swear If Romney Win Imma Start A Motha@!$%#in Riot
What in the world is it that would justify this behavior? Has Obama done such a good job as president that to not re-elect him would be so bad for the country?
Many, including on this website, claim that the only way their guy can't win is if the election is rigged. Why? Do you seriously think that Obama has done such a good job that the only way the other guy can win is to rig the election? Come on, think for a few moments. Alas, too many won't and will use this occasion for ill.
I still remember as I was politically active, the 1980 election. I particularly remember a television commercial from the Republican party that had an actor who looked like Tip O'Neil, who was then the democrat speaker of the House and his aid. They were driving down the road and this young aid kept telling Tip, who was driving the car, that they were low on gas. The aid was ignored. The aid kept doing this and the Speaker would not listen to him. Finally the car ran out of gas and they sat in the middle of the road with the speaker banging his fists on the steering wheel while the aid just rolled his eyes at the stupidity. At this point a voice merely said "The Democrats, Out of Gas". This was especially pointed in the race of 1980 as we were living under the stupid energy policies of Jimmy Carter's administration and the odd/even gas rationing.
Today, in 2012 the democrats are again out of gas, out of ideas, out of ways to fix the economy and that is a major reason most people are going to vote for Mr. Romney. All the talk of inevitable decline, that our children are going to have to accept a lesser future, these are all the same things that democrats were saying in 1980. Ronald Reagan disagreed, and so did the majority of Americans. We have an amazing future before us if we just shake off the lethargy of defeatism that is the part and parcel of the democrat party today and especially the far left that controls the party.
I truly wish that we had some good ideas on transforming the future coming from the democrat party. The president at some level does get it. He is at least partially a geek and in some ways gets it. His space policy for example is pretty good and that is a great part of our future. I wish that Mr. Obama would be better engaged with the congress and would do what it takes to do some of the good things that are in his mind to do. However, you have to actually do them and at the end of the day this disconnect, as well as the left over 1960's leftist radicals that surround him, have doomed any good that he might have done.
So, I look toward Tuesday with more of a sense of regret at what might have been and look forward to what can be with the new guy. If he screws it up, then in four years we toss his rear end out and we keep doing it until we get someone in that gets it.
This is why at the end of the day, these threats of violence and mayhem are so dangerous to the republic. We need to move forward but by basically threatening the lives of those that you do not agree with you show your moral and intellectual bankruptcy of your ideas and that is the cross that you must bear and the responsibility for your actions rest on you. So get your acts together and understand that Tuesday, no matter which way it goes, is not the end of the world.
